Can we do a proof-of-concept before signing?
Yes. We can scope a proof-of-concept around your expected volume, formats, API workflow, and security requirements. Some enterprise-only controls may require additional setup time.
Do you sign BAAs for HIPAA?
Not by default. HIPAA, BAA, and clinical-data workflows require separate review before use. Contact us to discuss your specific use case before uploading protected health information.
What's included in the 99.9% SLA?
Any SLA is contract-specific and depends on traffic volume, integration path, provider mix, and support level. We document the exact scope before signing.
